How much does a handmade kitchen cost?

This depends on the number of pieces and how complicated they are to make, however on average a typical kitchen would start from £20,000-25,000 +vat.

Do you design any other furniture?

Yes we design Dressers, Larder Cupboards, Islands and one off pieces. We also design furniture for Bedrooms, Studies, Libraries, Utility rooms and Boot rooms however we are happy to discuss solutions for any cabinetry for your home.

What is your lead-time?

Usually around 10-12 weeks, but it depends on the time of year.

How long will it take to install our furniture?

A typical kitchen will take us 2 full weeks to install plus an additional week for painting (if applicable). This time scale doesn't take into account any building works, plumbing and electrical modifications by your own contractors.

Do we get to keep the drawings?

At the design stage we give you the option to purchase the design drawings; this cost is then deducted off your down payment when you order. Once an order is placed you will receive a full set of scale drawings including any service drawings for modifications to plumbing, electrics and lighting.

Do you supply any appliances?

We are happy to recommend and supply appliances that best suit the design and quality of the furniture.

What are your payment terms?

For a kitchen design:
30% down payment
70% -£1000 due prior to delivery
£1000 due on practical completion

For a freestanding piece:
50% down payment
50% due prior to delivery

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of the UK and Ireland.

What's the furniture made from?

We produce hand made painted and solid timber furniture typically using oak, walnut, cherry and maple. Our hand painted furniture uses hard wood frames, rails and styles made from Poplar.
